It's real important to massage your knee every day. I bought the same thing they use in physical therapy. It's called "FREE UP". Great stuff.
More of the same in physical therapy. In this exercise I'm using a two pound weight on my ankle. Those quad muscles are important and you have to really work at getting them back. I remember the first time I saw my quad after a few weeks post surgery. I tried to flex it but the muscle just wasn't there. What a shock that was.
