Here is something new! I am pulling my knee back against this rubber band. Physical therapy is still very important to my recovery and I am so glad to be going three times a week. I do at home therapy on days I'm not there. My knee still feels very, very hot so I use a big ice pack through out the day and my ice machine when I sleep. It's a machine that swirls ice water over the surgical site.
