I'm really beginning to dread the agony of the bending part. It hurts like crazy. I'm still moving the knee cap and breaking up the scar tissue with massage every day. I reached 98 degrees last Friday. My goal is to get to 120 by next month. My leg reminds me of a childs leg because it's shrinking so bad. When I'm able, I'll begin to build those muscles back up, BIG TIME! 6 month recovery. Today is #54
